Job Description:  

We're seeking a talented Data Annotator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of our machine learning capabilities. Your tasks in data labeling and annotation will be instrumental in shaping the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI solutions. Collaborating closely with our data scientists and engineers, you'll be responsible for meticulously labeling and annotating extensive datasets, ensuring that our models are trained on high-quality, reliable information. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role as a research assistant - identifying and resolving any data quality issues, guaranteeing the robustness and reliability of our AI models.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Data Annotation:  

Meticulously annotate and label diverse data types in alignment with project guidelines and requirements.   Thoroughly review annotated data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and make necessary adjustments.   Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to guarantee the delivery of high-quality annotated data for the development of machine learning models.   Maintain comprehensive and organized records of annotated data, including any changes made during the annotation process.   Continuously expand your knowledge and apply new annotation techniques and tools to enhance efficiency and precision.   Communicate any issues or challenges encountered during data annotation to project leads in a timely and professional manner.   Adhere to project deadlines and consistently deliver annotated data within the predetermined timelines.  

Inspection AI Evaluation:  

Demonstrate observing eye in qualitative analysis of new algorithms and models, including visualizations and defect segmentation.   Ability to assist the Algorithm team in model selection, running various experiments, and analyzing results as requested.   Conducting comprehensive tests on edge profiles, evaluating model performance, and identifying UI bugs and other system interface issues.  

  Imaging Quality:  

Testing imaging quality using live product on different industrial items.   Ability to verify the integrity of new cameras/smart-light modules and fusion algorithms, including checking for light leaks and examining different lighting segments.   Debugging camera performance and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.  

 Research Assistance:  

Meticulous eye to details in aiding with regression tests for new algorithm and model versions, ensuring accuracy and run-time performance.   Demonstrated skills in debugging and enhancing various data analysis scripts, including introducing new variables for algorithmic purposes and developing tools to streamline the team's daily work.   Ability to prepare high-quality, task-specific datasets as required.  

Required Qualifications:  

Personal Qualities:  

Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.   Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.   Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.   Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

 Education and Background:  

History of excellence in high-school or army service, and any other extracurricular activities.   Preference for candidates with self-taught software skilled. Bachelor's degree would be an advantage.

Technical Skills:  

Comfortable with handling complex and time-consuming tasks, such as manually annotating datasets.  Confident in working with basic-level programming in Python, including data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).  Advantage - Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data annotation techniques.  Communication skills - fluent English, both spoken and written.   Strong working knowledge of office software, with solid experience using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
