This role includes training, quality control, and consistent progress tracking while transferring data according to deadlines. Responsible for scheduling weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings for your team, tracking key processes such as onboarding, annual reviews, and mandatory training completion, and acting as a liaison between SHEKEL and Mobileye to ensure smooth integration of employees. Communicate with several Mobileye departments to identify work opportunities, support career growth initiatives for employees, and ensure a steady pipeline of work for the team. Assisting with internal processes such as system updates, accessible training programs, and policy compliance, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and summaries related to recruitment, employee development, and team progress. Additionally, you will plan and execute initiatives to expand SHEKEL’s role within Mobileye, including informational sessions and training workshops.
