Design and develop logical and physical data models for enterprise-level databases to support business goals and analytics requirements.Collaborate with business analysts, data engineer and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.Optimize and refine data models to ensure efficiency, scalability, and performance.Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture to ensure data models adhere to organizational standards and industry best practices.Maintain documentation related to data models and data architecture.Support data integration processes and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data modeling and database management.

Minimal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture and overall 6+ experience in data related workProficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., Hackelade, ER/Studio, ERwin, PowerDesigner).Good knowledge in Microsoft Azure, especially in the 21Vianet (Azure China)Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)Ability to design data products that drive business valueExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with real-time and batch data integration technologies is a plus.Certification in data management or data modeling (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) is a plus.ML/AI experience and knowledge
