We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team, helping shape and drive the development of our data platform capabilities. If you have a strong technical background in data engineering, are passionate about designing complex data architectures, and enjoy mentoring others, this role could be a great fit for you!What you'll do:Lead the design and assist in building advanced technical capabilities within our data platform to support all products data flow Oversee and bridge the integration of data flows across the organization, ensuring alignment between business and data requirements.Mentor and support data engineering teams, fostering growth and helping drive best practices within the organization.Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams to define optimized data usage and efficient data processes.Serve as the primary resource for architecture-related questions and solutions, particularly for large-scale data projects and integrations.Who you are:10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong technical foundation and at least one prior role as a Data Architect.Proven track record of leading significant data projects, either by building architecture from scratch or managing large migrations.Extensive experience with data flows over cloud-based systems, as well as data modeling to align business objectives with data needs.Strong understanding of the intersection of software and data engineering, including designing systems to support complex data requirements.Exceptional communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to engage and support team members at all levels.
