About Job

Data Architect will work closely with teams from shared technologies, focusing on the Data architecture for identity teams, Data architecture will be responsible for robust technical decisions while guide and coach the teams during the design and architecture. Data architecture also support the teams during implementation to take balanced design decisions to avoid increase in technical debt and gradually also reduce the current technical debt.

Requirements 

Data Architecture Skills and experienceData Modelling: Erwin, Toad or similar toolsData technologies: SQL, Oracle, RDBMS, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, RDF, Turtle, JSON-LDData lake, Snowflake, Airflow, ETL/ELT tools, Oracle Data WarehouseData Governance/Catalogue: Collibra or similar toolsSearch: Elastic Search, Redis and similar technologiesAPI: API design patterns, OpenAPI, microservice architectures, API security, Kong, GraphQL, REST, PostmanExcellent problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues.Prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, business leaders and customers, including presenting information in a concise and effective manner.Familiarity with GDPR or similar regulations and data governance regulations in EU/US.Experience in Healthcare and publishing domain would be added advantage.

Responsibilities: 

Act as a conduit between Global Architecture and Engineering/Development teams.Work with Architects from different organizations.Introduce/train teams on new technology.Drive technical direction and architecture evolution via reviews and on-floor leadership.Proactively monitor new development work to discover subsystems or components that should be evolved into shared infrastructure.Proactively research, monitor, learn, and assess industry/technology advancements and continually build alliances to explore ways to leverage and advance our technical opportunities.
