Job Duties:

Understand the Data elements received from the Copybook (cobol) Coordinate with Source team to understand the data dictionaryUnderstand the BIAN framework aligns with the data elementsPrepare the Mapping to the BIAN data elementsPrepare the RSA ModelGenerate the avro schema and DDL scripts according to the DatabaseUnderstand the Product Definition of the Base Plan and Quote processesIdentify the Conceptual entities based on the product definitionDesign the conceptual data model based on the Product definitionPrepare the Data Dictionary for the Conceptual Data ModelPrepare the Logical Data Model using Erwin ToolPrepare the Data dictionary for Logical data entitiesPrepare the Physical data modelCoordinate with Development team to explain the Logical and Physical Data modelFollow the Data Governance principles on the Data DictionaryPerform the as-is analysis on Vendor connection databaseUnderstand the processes within the applicationUnderstand the physical tables within the databasePrepare the Conceptual data modelMap the conceptual entity to Physical table to understand the usageReport the problem areas if anyPrepare the Architectural framework for As-is analysis using ToGAF frameworkEvaluate the Data modeling tool and recommend the best oneProvide the PoC using Erwin Evaluation toolApply the Architectural framework to perform as-is analysis and provide the findings report.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
