Job DescriptionDevelop and implement a data strategy aligned with the organization business goalsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and challengesDesign and create data models for databases, data warehouses, and other data storage systemsEnsure data models adhere to best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainabilityDefine and implement data architecture standards and guidelinesWork with database administrators and developers to implement the data architectureDevelop strategies for data integration, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processesEnsure data integration processes are efficient, accurate, and meet business requirementsEstablish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and complianceCollaborate with security teams to implement data security and privacy measuresImplement metadata management processes to track and document data lineage, definitions, and usageWork closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business users, to understand their data needs and provide solutionsMonitor and optimize data architecture for performance and efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner

QualificationsBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.Proven 10 years of experience as a data architect or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of database management systems, data modeling, and ETL processes.Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of big data technologies and platforms.Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts.Certifications in relevant technologies ( TOGAF, etc ...).Good skills in english and arabic communication.

Additional Information

This role requires flexibility in mobility, allowing individuals to work interchangeably between Tunis and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
