The Marketing Data Associate is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing marketing data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and reliability. They assist the Data Analyst and marketing team by performing data entry, maintaining data quality, generating standard reports, and conducting preliminary analysis to support marketing campaigns and activities. Their role ensures that the marketing data is accurate and up to date, providing a solid foundation for more advanced analysis and strategic decision-making by their seniors.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Entry: Gather data from various sources such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics tools and ensuring accurate data entry and management. Data Cleaning: Maintaining data quality by cleaning and organizing data to ensure it is accurate and up to date. Database Management: Ensure the overall health of the database, including improving and maintaining data accuracy and relevance, managing data imports and ensuring the uniqueness of records within the CRM. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria given by clients and ensure data completeness before importing them into CRM. ABM Research: Create account dossiers through the gathering of insights and data about target accounts to inform and personalize marketing/sales strategies and tactics. Report Generation: Create routine reports and dashboards for different marketing campaigns and activities using 2X templates. Dashboard Maintenance: Ensure data behind dashboards remain accurate and updated, and that every component of the dashboard is functional. Data Analysis: Perform initial data assessments to generate insights that support more advanced analysis.

Support Tasks: Support senior analysts and the marketing team with various administrative tasks related to data management.
