Role description:
Responsible in data gathering and maintenance of accounts in Oracle Sales Cloud. To become part of the data management team and provide adequate level of support to the business.Role accountabilities:
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Oracle Sales Cloud account administration – creation of new opportunity accounts, handle changes, updates, migrations, merges, etc. Running reports, data extraction using Oracle Sales Cloud and Integrated Growth Report tool OSC account – opportunity and role hierarchy management Liaise with account leaders, opportunity owners, client development team members for data validation Collaboration with Super Key users in ANL; communicate changes, updates to OSC desk Participate in OSC training and keep OSC knowledge up to date through Wisdom Wednesday knowledge sharing activity Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization Perform data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, compiling, and storing proposal related information or sales and business development in Oracle Sales Cloud Perform other data capture and maintenance for the Oracle Sales Cloud including researching corporate information such as account profiles, and other standard materials for data accuracy Data analysis of sales and pipeline activities Contribute, participate in OSC Desk ANL meetings and support continuous process improvement activities Point of Contact for OSC Desk related questions Perform ad hoc duties as requiredQualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY Must be computer literate and have knowledge of MS Office applications, ideally in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI (preferred but not required) Excellent organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential Ability to juggle multiple projects at once Ability to work under multiple tight deadlines and respond to last minute requests and compressed production schedules Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team Excellent English verbal and written communicationWhy Arcadis?
