We are looking for a  Automation/Data Assurance Tester  for an exciting and challenging position!

 

The interim resource would be required to focus on the following as priority:

 

Refine the framework already implemented to ensure all tests run as expected. Introduce parallel execution Implement dashboard Trigger tests via Azure Data FactoryRunning with parameters Responsible for designing data assurance architecture for DW/DL related data jobs, guides senior Data Engineer at Test to implement data assurance framework based on the architectural requirement, Supports Data Test Engineers in automating data validation jobs and configuring them as part of pipeline, evaluates tools, builds proof of concepts

 

Responsibilities:

Evaluate COTS/ Open-source product and recommend right fit solutions for given customer challenge   Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications to ensure the reliability of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformations.    End to end integration testing between multiple independent systems and interfaces (flat files, APIs (ETL), etc.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.    Utilize Cloud services, Snowflake data warehouse, and ODS to test data integration and migration processes    Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of database systems using industry standard technologies (SQL, Python, iCEDQ, etc.)    Create and maintain documentation of test plans, test cases and testing results.    Communicates technical architecture to other technical teams and leadership teams   Work with Data Stewards & Business Analysts to understand and define data quality thresholds 

 

 

Must have:

Testing Background Azure Databricks Knowledge Python Experience

Nice to Have:

Test Automation Experience Database Knowledge Data Quality Testing
