Job DescriptionThe Client Success Team works directly with Service Delivery and other internal EMS groups to build automation and drive standardization across EMS. You will assess feasibility / projected savings, communicate with internal teams to complete the needed improvements, and drive the empower framework with satisfactory resolutions. Responsible for managing and building automation across the organization, foresee challenges, clarify team needs, and provide regular status.
Major Job Functions
Set up new RPA (Robotic Process Automation), standardize processes, prioritize projects when necessary, and monitor entire project resolution. Consult with internal groups when needed to ensure complete automation resolution.Partners with Regional Smart Automation Delivery Team and follows governance protocols and standardsIdentifies, trains and coaches upcoming potential developers from within the business (Power Users/Citizen Developers)Primary contact point for internal and external on entered tickets, as well as consultation to incorporate needed solutionsCollaborates directly with other internal groups to successfully resolve the automation task to the internal user’s satisfaction. Owning the project from inception to resolution.Monitors and reports progress and fully communicate status with team members and end users within project expectations.Interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.Establish, develop, and aid in delivery of end user education\training programs for generative AI solutions. This includes ensuring that the documentation and information about using the tools is easy to find, easy to follow, and non-intimidating to a non-technical audience.Assist in establishing and monitoring the request and provisioning process for GenAI capabilities, considering risk, legal, compliance and other constraints and standards.Analyze tools, procedures, systems, making recommendations for new technology. Especially in the automation and standardization arena. Learn and understand new platforms to transition into new technologies.Build business relations with colleagues within the business to promote Digital Workplace and GenAI capabilities.Qualifications3+ years’ experience in Marketing, Automation or Internal Product development. Technical bachelor’s degree or business management, related field or equivalent experience. Programming background preferred.Experience in Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, Chatbot, Power Apps, GenAi, etc.)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
