This role is a part of the Data Management Department, Digital & Technology Global Team (D&T) of HEINEKEN International.
Your responsibilities would include:
• eliciting data requirements of functions, programs and other stakeholders
• assesing the extent to which these are met by current data artefacts (gaps detecting, assigning to rework, provide input to interested parties about amendments)
• supporting with functional and technical skills the delivery of data work for functions, projects and products
• working hand in hand with Business and D&T to design and implement plans to optimise the data utilisation within business processes
• understanding and explaining how the business processes produce and consume data
• understanding and explaining Heineken data assets and artefacts including EDM, data standards, data quality rules and data lineage and their interaction
• sharing knowledge and understanding on using data tools and interpreting analytical results
• working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers and data scientists to identify data needs and facilitate data integration projects
• providing training and support to team members on data processes and tools, fostering a culture of data literacy
• identifying opportunities for process improvements in data mapping and data management practices, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
You are a good candidate if you have:
• Bachelors/Master’s degree.
• Proven experience in data analysis or data management
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in business domains
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Knowledge of ARIS, SparX, Collibra, Ataccama, Power Me, Databricks, Jira, Service Now
• Experience with most common data structures (JSON, Parquet, CSV etc.)
