Clover Leaf Solutions is looking for a Mission Critical Construction Manager to support data center construction and upgrade projects in Northern Virginia. This role is primarily a Foreman/Superintendent position, managing internal and subcontractor crews across projects ranging from minor BMS/EPMS upgrades to large multidisciplinary scopes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the full-time on-site coordinator for mission-critical renovation and upgrade projects. Oversee internal and subcontractor teams working on BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes. Maintain a safe working environment and actively promote a safety-focused culture. Support project management teams with planning, schedule management, coordination, and project closeout. Provide technical guidance to field crews in daily construction tasks. Deliver construction and schedule updates to project management. Assist in coordinating client submittals, site logistics plans, and as-built documentation. Manage RFIs and maintain logs as needed. Participate in site visits and bid walks with clients and subcontractors. Support estimating and project teams with RFQs and bid submittals. Build and maintain positive client relationships.Minimum Requirements:
1-3+ years of experience in Mission Critical and Data Center construction, with experience working in live data centers. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural trades and industrial construction methods. OSHA 30 Certification. Experience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning. Proven ability to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment with multiple stakeholders. Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites. Must pass a background check. Authorization to work for any US employer without current or future visa sponsorship.Physical Requirements:
Regular sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Ability to manipulate objects using fine motor skills and work above or below shoulder height. Awareness of equipment and machinery on construction sites.
