This is why we come to work every day. Join us and we can make a difference together. **About this role** We are seeking a **Data Center Digital Solutions Leader** to join our team. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end digital program lifecycle, working closely with the Digital Product Owner to ensure the successful delivery of digital offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a keen understanding of digital products, and excellent stakeholder management skills. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs. + Define offering and go-to-market strategies that will inform product requirements and product needs. + Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions. + Assist in the creation and management of the offering roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business strategy. + Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. + Work with UX/UI designers to partner on user-centered designs and conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features. + Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for offering performance. Analyze data post-launch to assess offering success and identify areas for improvement. + Regularly communicate product updates, features, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. + Act as a customer advocate, ensuring that user feedback and needs are prioritized in product development. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree + 8+ years of experience in digital project or program management **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Technology + Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate to technical requirements. + Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and software development processes. + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms. + PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus. \#LI-Onsite **RSRCAR** **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
