In a fast-growing environment, on premise capacity management is a critical mission to support our Hosting and Network engineers. Dynamo team aims at optimizing Criteo's data center infrastructure operations, streamlined project delivery, comprehensive documentation and ensuring efficient resource utilization, all while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within R&D.

Such an ambitious undertaking includes

Managing all deliveries in our data centers, in a fast & reliable way

Building project plans, supporting teams, monitoring progress & risks

Exposing resources availability to our clients

Streamlining processes to support these operations

Anticipating potential challenges, implementing risk management strategies & demonstrating problem-solving capabilities

Who You Are:

We are looking for talented engineer who:

have at least 5 years of successful professional experience getting things done

are experienced in project management, including supervision of contractors

Have prior knowledge about data center management (vendor relationship discussions, smart hands supervision)

can adapt communication to audience

feel responsible for the successes and failures of his/her whole team

Communication skills in English

Strong teamwork ability

Bonus

It would be even greater if you already had:

Some financial acumen relative to budget management, purchasing process and reporting

Overall coding skills
