As a Microsoft Data Center Operations Specialist - Entry Level, you will support in administrative duties the onsite operations leadership team with all strategic initiatives, ensure accurate budget planning, prepare for audit reviews as required, and manage scheduling conflicts with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Compliance Leadership** : Lead compliance efforts across the metro, ensuring all projects and activities align with regulatory and organizational requirements. Oversee the compliance schedule, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary actions.
+ **EHS Support** : Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives at the campus level, ensuring that all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and health standards are met throughout project execution.
+ **Field Employee Communications** : Assist the Campus Director with communications for Field Employees, including town halls, listening sessions, and local campus-level updates.
+ **Supplier Onboarding and Compliance** : Lead supplier onboarding and compliance efforts to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
+ **Financial Controllership** : Provide financial controllership expertise related to data center financials, including accuracy, forecasting, and compliance.
+ **Cost Savings and Strategic Projects** : Identify cost savings opportunities and implement strategic projects to realize savings.
+ **Contract and Invoice Management** : Manage financial and commercial aspects of site contracts, including PO and invoice reviews.
+ **Supplier Relationship Management** : Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service level agreements.
+ **Program Governance and Leadership** : Provide program governance, leadership, and direction for all campus-level projects, ensuring they are planned and executed within budget and schedule.
+ **Financial Planning and Performance** : Coordinate with the Data Center Operational Efficiencies team to ensure campus-level financial planning and performance reviews align with fiscal calendars and objectives.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma
+ 2 years of experience in supporting teams with administrative duties in a Data Center environment.
+ Advanced level of English. (Able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
+ Able to work 100% on site.
