As a Regional Operations Manager – Rapid Response, you will focus on the execution of special projects and new interest for the Rapid Response program. You will enable program development and delivery, provide leadership, work with internal partners to understand staffing needs, work on Regional process improvements, and governance for DC Operations that will support our current and future growth. In this role you will work collaboratively with all CO+I stakeholders to support emerging business needs and growth for the organization, driving excellence in service through industry best practices.

As an Operations Manager for our Regional Rapid Response Team, you and your team will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
