Detailed Job Description:

Experience in managing the team of Server L1 L2 resources. Good understanding of Server operations. Good understanding of Incident, service request management. Manage stakeholders, provide performance status report, Track SLAs and take appropriate action for missed SLAs. Identify performance issues related to Server proactively and a quick resolution of same. Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and capacity and performance reports. Ready for on call and weekend support for critical outages.
