The Site Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing and optimizing Data Center operations within a specified region. This role involves managing various responsibilities related to site management, technical operations, team coordination, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Site Lead supports the Data Center Manager, covering their activities during absence, and maintaining operational excellence in Data Center operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, IT), or equivalent in experience. Previous experience in Data Center operations and management. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with relevant tools, policies, and procedures.
