We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect to join our organization. As an Azure Cloud Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business requirements, translating them into scalable and secure cloud architecture, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Azure services, strong architectural skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex cloud solutions.

 

What will you do?

 

Cloud Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design scalable and secure Azure cloud solutions that meet business needs. Develop cloud architectures, including infrastructure, network, storage, security, and identity management. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and ongoing optimization. Guide and mentor other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Azure Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Azure cloud solutions, including virtual networks, storage accounts, compute resources, and other relevant Azure services. Ensure solutions are highly available, performant, and scalable. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations. Assess and mitigate potential risks, including identity and access management, network security, and data encryption. Monitoring and Optimization: Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address performance issues, resource utilization, and capacity planning. Continuously optimize cloud solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Documentation and Communication: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners. Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest Azure services, industry trends, and best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on their applicability to business requirements.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Strong experience as a Cloud Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions. Deep knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Security Center. Experience with cloud architecture patterns, such as microservices, serverless, containers, and hybrid cloud. Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, DNS, VPN, and load balancing. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, source control, and infrastructure as code. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of hybrid cloud scenarios, including Azure Stack and Azure Arc. Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Understanding of data management and analytics solutions, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Databricks.
