Job Title: Data Center Technician Location: Milwaukee Job Description: The Data Center Services team is seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in managing the raised floor area of our Data Center, ensuring efficient and risk-driven operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale Data Center environments and will be responsible for managing inventory and assets in accordance with our standard policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the life cycle of assets within the Data Center, including data destruction and ensuring physical and logical security for vendors. + Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory of Data Center assets. + Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to deadlines. Top Skills: + Attention to detail + Cable installation in a Data Center environment + Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow ATF, and ITSM + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: + Experience in shipping materials and asset management Enterprise Required Skills: + Data center operations + Cable installation and management (Cat6, Cat5) + Rack and stack + Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance + Infrastructure management Join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our Data Center, ensuring the highest standards of security and operational excellence. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
