A large Data Center in New Albany & Hilliard is hiring multiple Data Center Technicians (Graveyard) to join the team for a great opportunity! Job Duties: + Tasked with maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies. + Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflow. + Collaborate with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles. + Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including troubleshooting of network device configuration and low-level application interaction. + Complete customer requests via Remedy trouble ticketing system. + Participate in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware. Qualifications: + Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical information with a variety individuals of varying technical knowledge, good situational awareness, the capability to contribute to strong inter and intra-team development. + A good portion of the work is at the physical layer – looking for candidates that have experience opening up PCs, servers, replacing devices, and replacing parts. + A+, Server +, Linux + and Network + certifications are a big plus but not required + 1+ year of Computer Hardware, Computer Networking or Linux Operating Systems experience. + All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations.
