Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Charleston, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a major implementation project within the chemicals manufacturing industry. The role requires onsite work and provides hands-on experience in data management processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Support the implementation of new software systems and data management processes. • Accurately categorize, organize, and maintain large volumes of data. • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to data organization. • Adapt quickly to newly introduced processes and systems. • Compile detailed reports to support data analysis efforts. • Perform special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion. • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat to manage and process data efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data integration across systems. • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry activities. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint. • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for document management tasks. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills. • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly. • Previous experience in data entry or data management roles is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
