Description We are seeking a Data Clerk to contribute to a large implementation project within the manufacturing industry in the Cleveland / Charleston, Tennessee area. As a Data Clerk, you will play a key role in the effective management and organization of data, providing technical support for new software and process implementations. This role offers a 6+month contract employment opportunity on-site, with no remote work option. Responsibilities: • Efficiently categorize and manage data in a systematic manner • Facilitate the implementation of newly introduced software and data management processes • Provide technical support in the handling and processing of data • Adapt quickly to new processes related to data management • Leverage logical reasoning skills to address data management issues • Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft SharePoint for data management tasks • Execute special projects and generate detailed reports related to data management • Conduct computer data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Clerk or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required. • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is essential. • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a requirement. • Ability to perform and manage special projects as needed. • Must have experience creating detailed reports. • Proficiency in computer data entry is mandatory.
