Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Collector in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be involved in the testing and evaluation of a mechanical gripping device, providing critical feedback to our engineering team to support product development.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in the testing process of mechanical gripping devices by lifting household items
• Provide constructive and insightful feedback to the engineering team to enhance product development
• Stand for extended periods during the testing process
• Utilize your skills in Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, and Data Entry to contribute to the project's success
• Handle periods of downtime efficiently while engineers perform device re-programming
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data related to the testing process and results
• Assist in maintaining order and organization within the testing environment.

Requirements
• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Data Entry, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Experience in Order Entry, with an understanding of inventory management and order processing systems.
• High attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and correcting errors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in the use of various data collection and management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
