Data Conversion Lead

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Support data process leads with data acquisition, normalization and publishing activities Provide data reporting services to the enterprise.Participation in large-scale client engagementsAnalyze business requirements and define data requirements for SAP objects (Master data, Sub master data and Transactional data)Ability to transform data from SAP and Non-SAP data sources.Lead data migration from SAP and Non-SAP data sources to S/4 HANA system.Ability to co-ordinate with multiple Functional teams and understand the functional requirements for SAP objects.Translate requirements into technical specifications, data mapping and transform rules.Well versed with cutover process in SAP Implementation projectsExperienced with Load methodologies in SAP - including LSMW, LTMC.Performing root cause / error analysis and providing recommendations for resolutionSupport post load analysis and data fixes on the loaded dataPutting into practice good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.Extract required data from ERP or other IT systems. Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data and provide high quality data reporting services.Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization activities.Support data process leads in KPI maturity roadmaps.Exclusively work with standardized design format files and mapping templatesSupport the setup of a ticket system to take in and manage data processing service requests.Complete data processing service requests within target lead-times.Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus or BE/ BTech in relevant field and 5-7 years of relevant experienceProven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong track record of leading successful projects and teams.Demonstrated expertise in project management, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and operations.Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, ITSM tools).Personal Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.High level of integrity and professionalism.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
