Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Data Conversion Lead (HCM) Oracle ERP Data Migration to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle Peoplesoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. The Data Conversion Lead (HCM) Oracle ERP Data Migration will be managing the data migration and reporting activities for this modernization. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity. Skills and Requirements - 10+ years experience leading ERP Data Migrations - 5+ years experience managing data migration activities for Oracle ERP Cloud tech stack - 1 end-to-end full lifecycle data migration of Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud services - Experience in migrating master data and transactional data from On-premise Oracle E-Business and Oracle Peoplesoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud - Experience utilizing Oracle and other industry leading ETL tools and technologies to support large scale ERP data migration efforts - Excellent oracle and written communication skills - Bachelors degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field - Oracle ERP Cloud Certification - Previous experience implementing an ERP for a SLED client (state, local, or education) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
