Summary MT SC Data Coordinator PM– Medical Devices will be a part of the MT SC Digital and Data Enablement. The incumbent will be closely linked into the Transformation organization, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MT ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance. The role will will be accountable for the for MT Data Governance PM & Coordination supporting the definition and harmonization of access governance, Policies and Guidelines Master Data to ensure clear accountability and ownership to enable business capabilities across all MT and integrated/downstream areas. They will be core team members of various multi-year, highly complex, global programs that will transform our MT SC and will work with our Enterprise Data team to ensure alignment. The coordinator will be an expert within the Data space and strive to define and implement Data Governance PM as well to support the related Change Management activities within operate state. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is business needs/capabilities to define change management impact and take appropriate actions, benchmarking, communication plan, consistent governance documentation, policies and guidelines and operating model deployment through the various programs. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, change management knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage, operate and communicate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities + Coordinate the Data Governance framework and actions to drive them to completion cross function and different teams. + Coordinate the MT Data Governance different forums and councils with global teams + Establish the executive summary SLA scorecards and establish the weekly KPI reports to be sent out to all functions, and focus on areas of opportunities and clearly identify bottle necks and escalate them. + Proactively champion the value of data as a strategic business asset by supporting business and strategy teams with the development and dissemination of communication, change management and adoption plans + Collaborate with system and business / data owners on data policy enforcement and standards adherence using appropriate forums and regular reporting of quality metrics + Develop education materials and tools to support stakeholders and establish Data Quality best practices + Strong partnership within MT SC, Finance, PLM, Commercial, R&D, Enterprise SC Data Governance leads to ensure alignment of roles and responsibilities, guidelines, policies and decision-making process. + Ensure key business impacts and requirements are understood, designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope. + Responsible to translate business/functional into change impacts and drive adoption + Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance and improvement of global governance processes for respective area of responsibility. + Support establishment and implementation of governance design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence. + Manage cross-program governance design interdependencies for respective area of responsibility, by working with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations. + Ensure quality delivery of team deliverables on time and within budget. + Develop and deliver program presentations and define appropriate communication through various channels to ensure onboarding across all levels + Drive the MT SC Data Strategy to enable MT digital transformation **Qualifications** + Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required + Requires a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in similar roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs. + Requires a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience and data life-cycle management in Supply Chain across plan/make/source/deliver. + Leading industry practice of data governance and demonstrated hands-on project delivery required + Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result required + Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders + Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful + Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required + Skilled at engaging, briefing, influencing and building relationships with senior business stakeholders required + Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP & workflow expertise required + Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment required + Requires Travel: up to 10% domestic and international.
