As a Data Enablement Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across the business and the technical teams. You will support our business data and product requirements, as well as being the Data Enablement lead for the business. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to support a team that becomes a Centre of Excellence for data and digital transformation across the UK business. You will work closely with digital teams embedded within major business lines to deliver the necessary change, connect dots across the business and ensure best practice. **Our Role** As part of the UK Data Management team, we are responsible for implementing and maintaining robust Data Management practices across the UK Advisory business. Our goal is to empower our teams to work smarter, make data-driven decisions, and deliver a better service to our clients. **Key Aspects of the Role:** **Operational Management:** This role will support CBRE’s UK Data Management Service to deliver accurate, timely and trustworthy data. **Audit & Compliance:** This role will ensure all activities and outputs for Data Management Team comply with all required Audit, Legal and Compliance requirements. **Reporting:** The role will provide support and engaging with the relevant stakeholders and colleagues delivering accurate reports aimed at providing service assurance. **Communication:** This role will be responsible for engaging with the relevant stakeholders in their respective business area, and creating and embedding key forums and communication channels to ensure they have awareness that processes are running smoothly and can easily escalate any data challenges they have. This role will also capture feedback from their respective business areas help improve CBRE’s data capabilities. **Career Development:** This role will line into CBRE’s UK Data Management & Governance Function. Opening opportunities for growth in UK, Regional and Global Data Capabilities Digital Transformation Support Line Management development plans and create a team that aligns to CBRE’s values and provides multiple options for career development. **Product Development:** This role will support (where required) the development of new or existing digital products through the entire project lifecycle. From supporting capturing business requirements to implementation, the role will help deliver digital products and data that will help CBRE’s business provide market leading services. **Key Responsibilities:** + Plays a leading role in the delivery of all Data Management Services within an allocated geographic area across agreed property sectors and business services. + Supports with creating, maintaining and embedding data management processes to support our strategic data objectives. + Supports with continuous process improvement of our data management services. + Supports with maintaining a Data Quality linked to CBRE’s UK Data Quality Dashboard. + Supports with senior stakeholder reporting and attending key business geographic forums. + Supports with product or change management objectives linked to CBRE’s digital product experimentation or development. + Supports with bespoke senior stakeholder data activities for allocated geographic area. + Supports with the creation, enhancement and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures. + Supports with delivering Audit Responses and Requirements. + Supports with utilising and assessing 3rd party data to improve CBRE’s data capability. + Supports with delivering Data Governance strategic objectives as a “Data Steward”. + Supports with near shore/offshore process management that impacts your assigned geographic area. **Person Specification / Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or significant and related industry experience. + Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) – ability to work with different parts of the business at all levels. + Excellent Excel skills – analysing data / manipulating data + Excellent Presentation skills (varying stakeholder levels) + Relevant experience in data management / operations + Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills. + Understanding of 3rd Party Property data benefits and Vendors + Understanding near shore/offshore engagement and interaction + SharePoint (Administration, site creation) – Nice to have. + Data Catalogue Tools (Collibra, Axon, Alation, etc.) – Nice to have. + Any Data Wrangling tools e.g. Alteryx, Informatica DQ, Experian Aperture Data Studio – Nice to have. + Data Management Tooling – Any experience with Enterprise Level Data Management Tooling – Nice to have. + PowerBI or Tableau – desirable not essential **About CBRE** CBRE Group, Inc.
