Experience the power of a game-changing career. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Data Engineer Lead who will assume a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of data engineers. You will oversee the architecture, development, and optimization of our data systems and pipelines while ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security. **Key Responsibilities:** + Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. + Strategic Development: Define data strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals, contributing to long-term data infrastructure planning. + Data Architecture & Pipeline Management: Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures and processes using Azure and DataBricks. + Database Oversight & Optimization: Ensure the performance, availability, and security of database systems using MS SQL Server and Qlik for data management and analytics. + Technological Innovation: Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance data processing capabilities and promote best practices in data management. + Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data solutions. + Project Management: Oversee data projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. + Version Control & Code Management: Oversee code management practices using GitHub, ensuring code integrity and collaborative workflows. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
