What you do

- Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that supports process mining analyses. 

- Develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a process mining tool. 

- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis. 

- Develop and maintain data models and schemas that facilitate process analysis. 

- Optimize and troubleshoot database performance, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

- Collaborate with process mining business analysts to understand business requirements and design data solutions to support process analysis. 

- Develop and maintain the process mining software and tools used for process analysis. 

- Integrate process mining tools with other systems and technologies within the organization. 
 

What you bring

 Business expertise:
* Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and practices, including ETL, data modelling, and database design. 
* Proficiency in data engineering tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or Java. 
* Experience with process mining or data visualization tools. 
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
* Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS EMR, AWS is a plus.
* Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning / AI techniques is a plus. 
 Interpersonal skills:
* Team player
* Data analysis and results-oriented
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
* Solution mindset and out of the box thinking
* Change management skills

Educational requirements:
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * Excellent English level required
