Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SQL databasesOptimize database performance and ensure data integrityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsImplement and maintain database security measuresDevelop and execute database scripts, stored procedures, and functionsParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedbackTroubleshoot and resolve database-related issues

Work within the Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2+ years of experience in SQL database development2+ years of experience in Data analysisExperience with performance tuning and optimizationSolid understanding of database design principles and best practicesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teamsProven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProven solid communication and collaboration skillsProven highly accountable and self-motivatedDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in SQL or database managementExperience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database)Knowledge of NoSQL databases
