Your RoleAt Technogym, we put data at the forefront of all decisions. As a Junior Data Engineer, you will be part of a team working on data infrastructure and data pipelines to support the analysis and modeling of both internal data and customer data, across all products of the Technogym Ecosystem.
In this role, you will work with a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, and other departments working on Technogym Products. You will ensure that our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient, enabling the delivery of actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines to process large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand their data needs and provide the necessary data infrastructure and tools.
• Optimize and improve existing data pipelines to enhance performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through proper data governance practices and the implementation of monitoring solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, data architecture, and data processing procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role, working with large data sets and building data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g.,Bigquery, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Dataflow) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ETL tools and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
