Responsibilities The Opportunity The Data Engineering Lead for Supply Chain will be managing a team of data analysts, engineers, and developers, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to build data pipelines into various source systems and enable exploration and access for analytics, visualization, machine learning, and product development efforts across the company. Your Impact As Data Engineering Lead for Supply Chain your scope would consist of Lead a team of Database Developers, Data Engineers, Reporting Analysts, Web Developers and Project Managers Design, develop, maintain and enhance supply chain service tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python and machine learning technologies for advance and predictive analytics) Manage large and complex data sets assuring short frequency reporting to support decision taken Propose SLA/KPIS that fit the best with the areas to support processes improvement Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives Present performance results in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to customers to provide business visibility Responsible for adopting best practices around systems integration, security, performance, and data management defined within the organization Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or any related administrative field. Fluent in English both oral and written Strong project management and communication skills. 2+ years of experience as people lead Tableau, Power BI, and/or Excel/VBA - intermediate-advanced knowledge SQL and Python programming language - intermediate- advanced If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
