Description Enrollment Specialist We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an extremely detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist. Based in a location in Englewood, Colorado, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through enrollment processes for various healthcare programs. This role involves comprehensive document management, precise data entry, and effective communication with applicants. Responsibilities: • Guide individuals in their enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid, and similar healthcare programs. • Accurately complete enrollment forms, ensuring all necessary information is included. • Collect required documents from applicants to support their enrollment applications. • Input applicant details into databases with precision, maintaining up-to-date records. • Provide clear instructions and responses to applicants' queries regarding the enrollment process. • Monitor application statuses and follow up with applicants for any additional information or steps needed. • Stay updated with the latest regulations and changes in enrollment processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and other related programs. • Coordinate with customers and maintain customer contracts. • Assist in contract renewals and administration tasks. • Handle conference calls and email correspondence effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in Contract Administration is essential. • Demonstrable capability in handling Contract Renewals. • Proficiency in managing Customer Contracts. • Strong skills in Coordination are required. • Experience in conducting and managing Conference Calls. • Excellent ability in Email Correspondence is necessary. • Previous experience in providing Administrative Assistance is a must.
