Our client, with a dynamic office environment, is seeking a Data Entry Office Assistant to join their team. As a Data Entry Office Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and good communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Entry Office Assistant, 6 month contract
**Location:** Springfield, MO
**Pay Range:** $18-20/hour DOE
**What's the Job?**
+ Input data from various sources into the company's database or spreadsheets with high accuracy.
+ Organize and maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
+ Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, sorting mail, and greeting visitors.
+ Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
+ Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as required.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
