Job Title: Data Entry Analyst Job Description We are looking for a Data Entry Analyst to collect Elopak carton data to aid in determining the quality of incoming paper. This role is part of the changes made earlier this year until new equipment is installed. The temporary employee will measure the dimensions of 20 cartons from the top, middle, and end case of each pallet using an approved template and include other necessary information such as Lot # and Location. Data will be collected on Pints, Quarts, and Half Gallons, transferred to an Excel spreadsheet, and further analyzed. At the end of the test period, the data will be evaluated to determine if the incoming paper meets specifications. The trial may be repeated every 6 months for confirmation. Responsibilities + Measure carton dimensions using the approved template. + Include necessary information such as Lot # and Location. + Collect data on Pints, Quarts, and Half Gallons. + Transfer data to an Excel spreadsheet. + Assist with further data analysis if necessary. + Conclude if incoming paper meets specifications at the end of the test period. + Repeat trial every 6 months for confirmation. Essential Skills + 2+ years experience with data entry. + Experience working with Excel for data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Attention to detail. + Ability to work independently. Work Environment This position is fully on-site and typically operates during the day (9-5) with occasional night requirements (2-3 times per month).
