Cirium is looking for a Data Supply Management specialist to join our existing data Supply Management team. The successful candidate will be working across two foundational data domains in support of providing EMEA coverage to ensure the most current, complete, and accurate data possible across Cirium’s foundational datasets Flights and Schedules. The focus of this role will be centred around Data Supply Management, however additional training will be provided around Airline Waiver Data Entry to support our current global coverage and processing for Waivers as a Dataset as/when there are additional business requirements.
Supply Management is foundational to our data acquisition, allowing Cirium to maintain consistent, current and accurate data across multiple datasets. Rectifying any issues as soon as they occur and escalating to senior stakeholders as required. Using our in-house CRM system to manage EMEA supply against delivery schedules will ensure our data remains as accurate as possible. Managing supply received, ongoing engagement with contacts and making the relevant updates so all users up and down our supply chain have the most up to date data. A successful candidate will stay abreast with current industry trends and aviation news outlet updates as they relate to data providers within the EMEA region. This role requires collaboration between our Schedules Processing team and Flights Data Acquisition engineering squads for the onboarding and technical integration of Cirium’s flights and schedules data providers into Cirium’s databases.
Airline Waivers are designed to help pro-active re-booking, re-accommodating, and refunding of passengers during widespread travel disruption. The currency and accuracy of Waivers to our clients is essential to benefit their client’s user experience. The role requires sourcing data directly from Airlines, interpreting indirect data supply, proactively sourcing new data and interpreting the language used. As the data is transactional, it requires an attention to detail, context and the validity of waivers against our use cases, while managing the data in our in-house content management systems with little latency.
Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate with a focus on Supply Management role as primary area of responsibility. The successful candidate will also be provided with access to the necessary processes and tools for Airline Waiver data processing as secondary role to support the existing Waivers team, to scale up or down as needs shift or are required by the business.

Oversee Airline data supply across EMEA regions for flights and schedules data providersManaging existing supply and ensuring deliveries are received against normal expectanciesAlert delinquent suppliers within agreed internal SLA’sOnboard new data supply from Partnerships team directly from Airline Suppliers for Flights and Schedules within the EMEA regionsAssist data supplier in data format change and/or transmission requestsManage and record supply activity proactively and accurately using in-house Supply CRMAssist/Create metrics and reporting on activity using internal CRM & toolsKeep up to date on latest industry news relevant to your assigned EMEA regions and wider industryAssist airline suppliers with IATA application processEnsure high accuracy, currency and consistency across datasetsEscalating issues to Partnerships and Senior leaders as requiredTroubleshooting data filing issues with suppliers (both in email and via MS teams calls) to seek resolutionTriage and remediate all Data quality or processing issues across flights and schedules datasets in line with internal SLA'sImplement data improvements as directed and identify workflow, tool, and reporting improvements as experience growsAddress any Customer Support requests as they relate to flights or schedules needs or questions for EMEA regionsAirline Waivers Data Entry:
