This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our Court Services division with focus on data entry along with our Data Acquisition team to join the fast-paced team that fuels DriverRisk, a market leading solution that combines court record and MVR data to be used for risk assessment. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their analytical skills with opportunity for growth.

What You'll Bring:

Two years of experience in administrative or operations role, or equivalent industry experienceMust be an organized, detail-oriented team player capable of supporting a fast-paced groupMust have exceptional detail oriented ability and fast typing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to manage established objectives with the flexibility and willingness to present change and new methods for successProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Impact You'll Make:

Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activitiesAssist with basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment request submittals, and reconciliations.Maintain accurate and organized records of Data Acquisition financial transactionsHandle direct correspondence with data furnishers to update contact information, reset credentials, confirm account status, and assist in general inquiries to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutionWork closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide relevant data setsAnalyze and interpret data set trends and perform analytic tasks as neededAcquire latent data through persistent but friendly contact with data suppliersRegularly monitor proprietary application for scanned mail and distribute documents to appropriate team(s) as neededReview incoming data from numerous sources to ensure expected format, file extension, and fields are presentGenerate monthly mail merge to mass request court record data on a regular cadence. Troubleshoot issues as neededEnter data from court records into proprietary database; track copy expenses

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
