Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Waianae, Hawaii. As a key contributor, you will handle essential clerical tasks, including invoice data entry and record maintenance using Financial Edge and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: • Enter invoice-related data into Financial Edge and Excel with precision, ensuring all information adheres to company standards. • Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets while verifying data for accuracy and completeness. • Provide administrative support by organizing digital and physical files related to invoices and documentation. • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or missing details. • Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors in entered data. • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve questions or issues regarding invoices or data. • Uphold data security and confidentiality standards in compliance with company policies. • Utilize organizational skills to efficiently manage large volumes of information and maintain systematic records. • Assist with scanning, typing, and other clerical tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or clerical role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Edge, with the ability to manage and analyze data. • Strong typing and 10-key skills for efficient and accurate data entry. • Familiarity with email correspondence and file organization. • Ability to perform basic calculations and ensure numerical accuracy. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and other office productivity tools. • Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
