Description We are in search of a onsite Data Entry Clerk for our team located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The individual will be an integral part of the team, responsible for making outbound calls, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining files. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to obtain necessary signatures on By-Law amendments. • Accurately enter data into the system to maintain up-to-date records. • File documents and related information in an organized and accessible manner. • Utilize basic office skills to manage routine tasks and operations. • Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed. • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. • Update, manage, and maintain customer accounts. • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient processes. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in data entry tasks • Excellent knowledge of basic office skills • Experience with filing systems and procedures • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
