We have an outstanding Contract position for a Data Entry Clerk to join a leading Company located in the Laurel, MD surrounding area.
We are seeking help to enter supplier information into the vendor database to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities: Adding country code into the company's vendor database for vendor W-9 requirements.Performing vendor bank verification calls.Making updates to vendor information in the vendor database.
Basic Hiring Criteria: High School Diploma or equivalent.Exhibit outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent at maintaining accuracy while multitasking, prioritizing assignments, communicating progress, and meeting deadlines.Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.Show a proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
