Data Entry Clerk
Hours: Monday through Friday- 8-5pm Qualifications: + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. + 2 years of previous office experience or 6+ months of office experience with good tenure in retail customer service. + Proficiency in data entry, customer service, and Microsoft Office. + Strong clerical and administrative assistance skills. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of title mailings, process registration renewals, and ensure fleet vehicles are legally compliant. Responsibilities + Process and manage 400-800 title mailings per day. + Cultivate relationships with DMVs and trusted vendors. + Operate within external and internal systems to manage processing and communication. + Adhere to detailed methods of tracking to ensure fleet vehicles are legally compliant. + Print title, registration, and tax documents based on specific instructions. + Identify, analyze, and resolve state, county, and province license and title rejections. + Order duplicate MSOs directly through manufacturer websites and follow up until received. + Process title and registration transactions for vehicles moving to new states/provinces, buyouts, and new vehicle deliveries. + Maximize timely transaction completion by following up with appropriate parties. + Manage temp tags to ensure vehicles are compliant until hard plates are issued. + Process registration renewals using various resources while meeting performance standards. + Ensure accurate billing for renewals and reconcile discrepancies. + Contact drivers or clients to fulfill jurisdiction requirements for renewals.
