Description We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite, and a strong work ethic. An insurance background is a plus but not required. This full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is 100% ON-SITE Key Responsibilities: + Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records. + Utilize 10-key proficiency for high-volume numerical data processing. + Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to collect or verify information as needed. + Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks. + Conduct routine quality checks on entered data for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors. Requirements + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite is required. + Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar skills. + Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus. + Must be a team player with strong communication skills. + Ability to complete a 10-key and spelling/grammar assessment prior to the interview.
