What will you do? Accurately enter data from itemized invoices into the inventory tracking system Net Suite and match invoices to data entered Process 3-way match paperwork and track credits in and out of grocery Follow up with vendors and receivers Research data entry issues and problem solving Assist with cost and retail price changes Perform other duties assigned More about you Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in inventory tracking systems Experience in Net Suite highly preferred Detail oriented with superior organizational skills Previous knowledge of merchandise receiving procedures preferred Accounting background preferred Good communication skills Physical requirements Ability to sit for extended periods Visual acuity Shift details
