Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in the tourism industry, based in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining detailed customer records, and addressing customer queries. Your responsibility will also extend to monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately processing customer credit applications • Keeping meticulous records of customer credit • Handling customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary • Utilizing your '10 Key Skills' for data entry tasks • Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage data and correspondence • Organizing files for easy access and efficient management • Performing calculations as part of the data entry process • Scanning documents as part of record maintenance • Typing correspondence and data inputs swiftly and accurately.
