Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the insurance industry, based in the Parsippany, New Jersey area. Responsibilities: • Accurately inputting data into the in-house system • Implementing system updates as required • Creating alerts for data management • Organizing data using drop-down menus • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Processing customer credit applications efficiently • Maintaining precise customer credit records • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry skills, including quick and accurate typing. • Demonstrable experience in Numeric Data Entry. • Strong familiarity with computer-based data entry systems. • Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
