Work Environment You will have a desk and your own workspace. The role involves using specific software and programs such as Word and Excel (no advanced functions like pivot tables). Hours: Monday through Friday- 7am to 4pm OR 8am to 5pm (flexible) Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to create and update employee badges. This role involves light computer work and requires precision in entering and updating employee badge numbers using specific software and templates. Responsibilities + Create new employee badges. + Enter employee badge numbers with precision. + Use a template to print professional badges. + Engage in light computer work to ensure smooth operations. + Take headshots with an iPad and forward pictures to the computer to create badges. + Update the system for 1200 employees who currently have no badges. + Update 800 existing badges. Essential Skills + Data entry proficiency + Clerical skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) + Typing skills + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently + Strong communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
