Job Description

This Data Entry Clerk role is responsible for delivering excellence in data integrity and contributing to the mission of empowering informed decision-making across the organization. The primary focus of this role will be to collect, sort, distribute and complete data entry of correspondence. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for collaboration with field operations and internal Analytics team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role is highly desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately inputting and maintaining data into company's databaseManage and update large datasetsTransferring information from paper documents, digital files, or other sources into a computer systemAddress questions and discrepancies in a timely mannerGenerating reports and performing data analysis as required Communicate with internal and/or external customersAdhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelinesCollaborate with the Field to complete tasks in a timely mannerPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Pay for this role ranges : 20$ — 21$ per hour

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredProficiency with ExcelExcellent typing speed and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problemsDemonstrate high degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsOutgoing & assertive personality – not afraid to approach individualsFlexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.

Employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include the following:

Regular Hours of operation are M-F, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.; though this job will be part time15 – 20 hours per weekPrimarily sedentary or working at a deskOccasionally lift and move 10 -25 poundsWhile performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hearProficient literacyThe employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms
