Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a 100% on-site position, ideal for individuals who thrive in structured work environments and value accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong research skills, and the ability to handle special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: + Enter data accurately into company systems, including daily keying of rentals and correcting system entries. + Conduct research to identify and correct data discrepancies. + Assist with special research projects as assigned. + Perform 10-key and typing tasks with precision and speed. + Maintain data integrity by ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date. + Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is necessary for performing tasks efficiently. Requirements Qualifications: + Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM) accurately. Typing and 10-key test results must be provided with the application. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. + Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and productivity. + Basic research skills to identify errors and make corrections in the system. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. Additional Information: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring punctuality and commitment to the specified schedule. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in typing and 10-key tasks through testing results provided at the time of application.
